Convenient location near Euston Station. Upgraded room was quiet and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the central location. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a working kettle and a fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to commute around the city and to the airport. Moreover, it is just a stone's throw away from the charming Regent's Park.
That the rooms were a bit small for a couple with two big bags.

Great location, very close to major transportation hubs and attractions. Spacious room, we were upgraded to a larger room which was a nice surprise. Plenty of hot water in the shower.
Limited continental breakfast options, could use more variety and healthier choices. Noisy street, the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the Underground station just a short walk away. It's very convenient to have such easy access to public transportation, especially after a long day in the busy city center. The rooms are comfortable and offer a nice view of the garden. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance with luggage and offering directions and advice. The breakfast, although not a full English, is satisfying with good coffee and juice.
The curtains in the rooms could use some updating and maintenance.

The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to the theatre district, the British Museum, and many other attractions in this city. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast provided was good.
Nothing to mention; however, the bed was uncomfortably soft and our backs are still recovering.
